Wen Tak started his career with PwC London where he worked for almost 4 years. During this time, he had experience in statutory external audit, IFRS implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, and worked extensively with a number of multinationals including Unilever and Glaxosmithkline. Following this, he worked as an Internal Auditor for G4S plc, the largest security company in the world, primarily responsible for the Asia, Africa and Middle East region and reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit in the Head Office. During this time, he had the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of best practices and cultures; as well as learning to adopt a business-focused and effective approach to assurance and providing business advice.

Yau Chew Yin

Tax Senior Manager

Chew Yin graduated from National University of Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree (with honours) in Accountancy. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. Prior to joining M.S.Wong & Co., she spent over 17 years with Arthur Andersen & Co and Ernst & Young.

Chew Yin has significant experience in engagements relating to all aspects of corporate and personal tax matters. Her experience includes servicing listed corporations, multi-nationals and private companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation, plantation, property development, construction, hotel/resort, services and trading.

In addition, Chew Yin has vast experience in advising on and structuring tax incentives to reduce cost of doing business in Malaysia. She has also conducted tax documentation reviews and assisted clients with corporate tax planning, tax audit and investigations, start-up operations, licensing and immigration-related services.
